Kids build real businesses.

Buildemy is where kids create, launch, and grow a business they actually run โ€” starting with an idea they can already imagine building.

Building is different when it's real

Not a worksheet.
A real business.

Most "entrepreneur classes" for kids end with a certificate. Buildemy ends with a customer.

Kids don't want to fill in a business plan they'll never use. They want to make the thing, put it in front of a real person, and hear "I'll take one." That first sale teaches more than a whole semester of theory.

So Buildemy skips the busywork. Pick an idea you can picture building this week, follow small steps, and go live for real. You keep what you make, and you learn by actually doing it โ€” with grown-ups nearby whenever you want them.

01

Create

Pick an idea you can already imagine building. Give it a name, a look, and a first thing to sell. Buildemy walks you through it in kid-sized steps.

02

Launch

Set a price, make your first flyer or page, and get it in front of real people. Your first "yes" is the whole point โ€” and it's closer than you think.

03

Grow

Track what sells, try new ideas, and reinvest what you earn. Level up from a stand on the street to a business you actually run.

Frequently asked questions

What ages is Buildemy for?+
Buildemy is built for kids roughly 8โ€“16, with steps that scale to how much a kid can take on. Younger builders lean on a grown-up more; older ones can run most of it themselves.
Are these real businesses or pretend?+
Real. Kids make an actual product or service, set a real price, and sell to real customers. The learning comes from a true first sale โ€” not a worksheet or a simulation.
Do parents need to be involved?+
Welcome, but not required. Buildemy guides kids step by step on their own, and flags the moments where a grown-up should help โ€” handling money, meeting customers, or going online safely.
How much does it cost to start?+
You can start building for free, and most first ideas cost very little to launch. We steer kids toward businesses they can begin with what's already around the house.
Does my kid keep the money they make?+
Yes. Whatever a kid earns is theirs to keep, spend, save, or reinvest into their business. Learning how to grow that money is part of the fun.
My kid doesn't have an idea yet. Where do we start?+
Start in the ideas explorer. Every idea is something a kid can picture building this week, sorted by cost and interest, with the first steps mapped out for each one.
Is it safe for kids online?+
Safety is built in. Anything involving the internet, payments, or strangers routes through a grown-up first, and we keep kids' info private by default.
